1. Acceptance
By accessing whiteshark.co (the “Site”) or purchasing any product (the “Products”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Products. White Shark does not contain nicotine or tobacco but is a stimulant product not intended for children, pregnant or nursing individuals, or people with caffeine sensitivities.
3. Products & pricing
Prices are listed in your selected currency and may include estimated conversions from USD. Final charges are in the currency processed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or refuse orders that appear fraudulent.
4. Orders & payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline orders for any reason. Payment is processed by a PCI-compliant provider; we never store full card numbers.
5. Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. We'll help file claims for lost or stolen packages but are not liable for porch piracy.
6. Returns
Our 30-Day Predator Guarantee is described at /returns. Unopened tins are fully refundable; opened tins are exchange-only for damaged product.
7. Intellectual property
All marks, logos, photography, and copy on this Site are the property of White Shark Co. Don't scrape it, don't reskin it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Shark's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
